Big Island Surf Report for Wednesday, March 10th, 2010

High Surf Advisory

A HIGH SURF ADVISORY is in effect for the EAST facing shores of the islands.
Small craft advisories are in effect for all Hawaiian waters. Northeast winds of 15- 25 knots.

Northeast Shore 4- 6ft. plus
Beach breaks  & Points from Hamakua to North Kohala Stormy 3- 5ft. plus
Northwest Shore Flat
Southwest Shore 1- 2ft.
Southeast Shore 3- 5ft. plus
 

High Tide

Low Tide

Sunset

6:31 PM

Surf heights are based on “face value” i.e. 1-2’: Ankle-to-knee high; 3-4’: Waist high; 4-6’: Chest high-to-overhead, and so on.
